About the Role

The Enterprise Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and managing relations with a dedicated number of large accounts to sell Zain products & services, ensuring achievement of set targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Support large segment managers in developing sales plans by providing input regarding their managed accounts.
  2. Develop and manage relationships with assigned large accounts, identifying new customer needs / sales opportunities and managing all account-related inquiries.
  3. Implement sales initiatives aimed at hunting new large accounts and cross-selling/up-selling to existing ones.
  4. Identify and pursue opportunities within own verticals and accounts.
  5. Regularly report on the status of opportunities in the pipeline, aligning with relevant policies and processes.
