**Job Overview**

Brink's Kuwait is seeking a highly skilled Key Account Growth Specialist to excel in creating and closing new business opportunities.

This role requires an individual with expertise in identifying and qualifying leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers. Key responsibilities include:

Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively utilizing consultative approaches to selling services and integrated solutions.

Create business from new and existing client accounts through strategic planning and execution.

Manage complex negotiations to achieve successful outcomes.

Establish long-term relationships with clients by building rapport and trust.

Prepare and submit high-quality proposals and quotations.

Handle client queries and complaints in a professional manner.

To succeed in this role, candidates must possess:

* 3-5 years of quota-carrying sales experience

* Working knowledge of CRM systems

* A track record of consistently overachieving sales quotas

* Strong written and verbal communication skills

* A valid Kuwait Driving License

* Transferable Kuwait residency/visa

* Prior outdoor sales experience
