Role Overview

The Tech Sales Business Development Executive will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive growth and expansion of our customer base. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of industry trends, competitors, and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement data-driven sales approaches to drive continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with business objectives
  • Cultivate a culture of excellence, innovation, and teamwork within the sales organization
  • Manage and mentor a team of SDRs/BDRs to achieve sales targets and improve performance
