Business Development Manager for Key Accounts

Job Description:
As a seasoned Sales Executive with a proven track record in the IT sector, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and revenue expansion for Al Jahdhami. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, identifying new sales opportunities, and implementing strategic plans to achieve sales targets.

Your Role:
As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of key clients, providing exceptional support and assistance to ensure their needs are met. You will also oversee a team of account managers, ensuring they have the necessary resources and guidance to excel in their roles.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion;
- Maintain strong relationships with key clients, identifying new sales opportunities and negotiating agreements;
- Manage a portfolio of key clients, providing exceptional support and assistance to ensure their needs are met;
- Oversee a team of account managers, ensuring they have the necessary resources and guidance to excel in their roles;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales initiatives and marketing campaigns;
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement;
- Develop and maintain accurate records of all sales activities, including prospecting, sales calls, and client interactions;
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field;
- 4-5 years of sales experience in the IT sector, with a proven track record of success;
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect, track, and analyze large amounts of data;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike;
- Fluency in Arabic language is required;
- A commitment to coaching and developing others, with a shared goal of building highly productive teams;
