Strategic Trade Sales Professional

We are seeking a Strategic Trade Sales Professional to join our team at Hempel A/S. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and developing strategic partnerships with trade partners.

Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and increase market share
- BUILD STRONG PARTNERSHIPS WITH TRADE PARTNERS TO DRIVE SALES GROWTH AND INCREASE CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capture them
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives
- Provide training and coaching to trade partners' sales staff to improve their sales skills and knowledge
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 4 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the coatings or chemicals industry
- Proven track record of success in driving business growth and developing strategic partnerships
- Strong understanding of sales systems and processes, including CRM software
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with different sales techniques and strategies
- Self-motivated, service-oriented, and customer-focused
