**Job Description:**

The role of the Business Development Manager is critical to the growth and success of our organization. As a key contributor to the topline and bottom-line growth of the zone and the CBU, you will be responsible for managing distributors of allocated markets, building joint business plans, and piloting excellence in execution.

You will work closely with distributors through to the customer level to maximize our business, manage diverse sales channels, negotiate trade terms, develop business plans, anticipate risks and opportunities, and ensure resource allocation to execute plans.

This role requires a strong understanding of market dynamics, negotiation skills, trade marketing experience, budget planning, and analytical skills. You must be able to convince internal and external stakeholders, including partners, distributors, and customers.


**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

We are looking for a result-oriented individual with around 6-8 years of relevant experience in sales, distributor management, key account management, or trade marketing within a strong multinational FMCG company (beverage, high-end/premium). Key qualifications include:

**Estimated Salary:** The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately $120,000-$180,000, depending on location and experience.
