
Business Development Leader for Revenue Growth

V-Thru TM is seeking a dynamic Business Development Leader with exceptional communication skills to lead our team and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Revenue Growth: Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through effective planning, execution, and analysis of sales strategies.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a high-performing team of sales representatives, providing guidance, support, and resources to ensure their success.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain a healthy pipeline and accurate forecasting to identify opportunities, mitigate risks, and optimize sales efforts.
- Customer Acquisition: Drive the acquisition of new customers through strategic outreach, relationship-building, and account management.
- Market Expansion: Increase market penetration in key segments by identifying new business opportunities, developing targeted marketing campaigns, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Performance Analysis: Provide regular sales reports and actionable insights to inform business decisions, optimize sales processes, and drive continuous improvement.
- Training & Development: Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team skills and product knowledge, ensuring that all team members are equipped to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Language Proficiency: Exceptional verbal and written English skills are required.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in sales management, with a proven track record of exceeding sales goals.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team-building skills, with experience managing team members and fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Tech Savviness: Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Hub Spot, Pipedrive) and sales analytics, with ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies for growth.
