Job Requirements

We are looking for a skilled Sales Account Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, driving revenue growth, and building strong relationships with key customers.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and expand customer base.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and understand customer needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
  • Generate new business leads and expand current/existing accounts.
  • Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume defined by management.
  • Achieve strategic customer objectives as valued by the organization and management.
  • Ensure necessary actions are undertaken by the account team.
  • Be responsible for direct sales with new accounts.
  • Develop relationships with assigned accounts.
  • Achieve sales quota as per yearly business plan.
  • Lead the customer account planning cycle and ensuring assigned customers' needs and expectations are met highly.

Areas of Expertise

  • Infrastructure/Application solution sales is required.

Education and Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent Discipline.

Experience

  • 5-7 years related experience in the same field.

Generic and Specific Skills

  • Relevant experience in the same field.
  • Sales Oriented/Customer Focus.
  • Good communication Skills.
