We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Professional to join our team at the OJO Group of Companies.
Job Overview:The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in marketing, sales, or business development and be able to drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities:- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify business opportunities and strategic partnerships aligned with the company's goals.
- Lead Generation: Build and maintain a pipeline of leads, partners, and strategic initiatives to meet/exceed revenue targets.
- Presentation and Pitching: Develop and execute a business development strategy to pitch and present the company's service/product offerings to potential clients.
- Relationship Building: Build and nurture relationships with industry leaders and new clients to drive client engagement and retention.
- Proven experience in marketing, sales, or business development.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team to meet targets and drive client engagement.
- Strong networking skills with an ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Knowledge of local market trends and competitor activity in the GCC region is a plus.
