Job Description

The Sales Executive will play a vital role in assisting with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards. This includes meeting employee, guest, and owner expectations while maximizing sales and achieving pre-determined targets.

This role involves working closely with Rooms, Food and Beverage, and other revenue-generating departments to drive sales growth and improve overall performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality, Tourism management, Sales/Marketing is preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year work experience as Sales Executive is required.
  • Good problem-solving, administrative, and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills are necessary to thrive in this fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail is crucial for success.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office is mandatory.
  • Exceptional communication skills and a customer-centric approach are highly valued.
