Sales and Business Development Specialist

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to drive sales and business growth in Kuwait City. As a Sales and Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for promoting and selling products to potential B2B or B2C customers in outdoor locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organizing data and generating deep customer insights to enhance sales force productivity and effectiveness.
- Supporting the sales team with key planning and operations tasks to achieve the overall business objective.
- Attainment planning through effective goal setting, designing sales incentives to drive business objectives, and territory analysis & definition for sales maximum effectiveness.
- Ensuring sales process adoption and compliance, identifying opportunities for improvement in the sales process and systems to ensure greater sales effectiveness and efficiency.
- Handling incoming queries and building good client relationships.
- Handing over qualified leads to the sales teams with the objective of closing the sale.
- Maintaining and updating the lead generation database.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- A valid Kuwaiti driving license.
Working Conditions
- 8 hours/day, 6 days/week.
Estimated Salary Range: KD 1,200 - KD 1,800 per month (depending on qualifications and experience).
