We are a fast-casual dining brand offering Mexican-American cuisine with a Dutch-style fries twist. Our goal is to become a leading player in the Kuwaiti food market, and we need your expertise to make it happen.

Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate will receive a competitive base salary of 350 KD/month, with opportunities for performance-based bonuses up to 10% of catering sales revenue. You will also be reimbursed for work-related expenses such as fuel, mobile usage, and other relevant costs.

Job Description

This is a field-based role that requires minimal office presence. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and secure catering opportunities with corporate clients, events, and local venues. You will build strong relationships with event planners, venue managers, and high-traffic event organizers, and plan and execute sales and marketing campaigns to boost catering orders and foot traffic.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have proven experience in sales or marketing, ideally in the food or hospitality industry. Networking and negotiation skills are essential to secure partnerships and business deals. You should also be able to work independently and deliver results without direct supervision. Familiarity with Kuwait's market and trends is a plus, and strong English communication skills are required. Arabic proficiency is an advantage but not necessary.
