Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Development Manager to join our team in Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for proactively managing and qualifying accounts in their assigned territory, promoting all aspects of the Dealership, and achieving sales and coverage targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Account Management: Proactively manage and qualify accounts in your assigned territory by contacting customers through disciplined phone call campaigns and updating their accounts with complete information.
  • Sales Promotion: Promote all aspects of the Dealership, including Machines (New/Used), Material Handling (Lift Trucks), and Rental services.
  • Customer Relationship Building: Maintain a strong positive relationship with customers and fellow employees for a smooth process flow.
  • Lead Development and Qualification: Develop and qualify leads for Equipment or Material Handling and communicate with the Sales Manager for further action.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
  • Sales Experience: Proven sales experience in a similar industry or role.
  • Territory Management: Ability to manage and prioritize multiple accounts and territories.
