Alghanim Industries seeks a highly skilled Sales Relationship Development Manager to join our team.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new prospects and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers to drive sales growth. This role requires exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to solve practical problems and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver on sales and customer satisfaction objectives by understanding customer needs and preferences.
  • Maintain good relationships with customers through regular communication and follow-up.
  • Network with customers to identify new business opportunities and grow existing relationships.
  • Capture prospect information and maintain a prospect database to optimize sales efforts.
  • Ensure that all vehicle transactions are accurately documented and registered.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in sales or a similar customer-facing role.
  • Bilingual - fluency in English and Arabic is required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to solve practical problems and work effectively in a team environment.
  • Customer-oriented and enjoys interaction with people.

This role offers a competitive salary, with an estimated range of 5,500 - 8,000 KWD per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance and retirement savings plan.
