**The Role**

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing and expanding our large account portfolio.

Key responsibilities include generating new leads, nurturing relationships, and increasing revenue through targeted sales strategies.

Additionally, the Sales Manager will be responsible for writing RFPs to secure large accounts.

**Key Accountabilities and Activities**

  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing accounts.
  2. Understand clients' business needs and objectives to provide tailored solutions.
  3. Identify and target government entities as potential clients for Ooredoo Kuwait's services.
  4. Develop and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within organizations.
  5. Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' requirements and pain points.
  6. Present tailored solutions that address clients' challenges and align with their objectives.
  7. Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure business deals with government accounts.
  8. Identify, prospect, and cultivate new leads and opportunities within the B2B sector.
  9. Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
  10. Develop strategic approaches to engage and win new business.

**Qualifications**

A Bachelor's degree in business or a related discipline from a recognized tertiary institution.

At least 5 years of related work experience in Kuwait.

Excellent presentation skills and fluency in both Arabic and English are required.
