The Key Account Field Sales Manager plays a crucial role in driving sales growth and maintaining strong relationships with key clients in the Food & Beverage Production industry. This position requires a dynamic individual who can effectively manage accounts, develop strategic sales plans, and ensure customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and enhancing the company's market presence in Kuwait. Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base. Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to ensure customer loyalty and satisfaction. Conduct regular market analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth. Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns that align with sales objectives. Prepare and present sales reports to senior management, highlighting performance metrics and areas for improvement. Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to maximize profitability. Provide training and support to junior sales staff to enhance team performance. Attend industry events and trade shows to network and promote the company's products. Monitor competitor activities and adjust sales strategies accordingly. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Preferred Candidate: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proven track record in sales, preferably in the Food & Beverage sector. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent negotiation and presentation skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus. Willingness to travel within the region as required. Strong organizational and time management skills. Passion for the food and beverage industry. Skills Minimum 2 years' experience in Kuwait (FMCG)Kuwait driving license BA degree Fluent in English and Arabic Excellent sales and negotiation skills. Strong understanding of account management principles. Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs. Proficient in CRM software and data analysis tools. Effective communication and presentation skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Knowledge of the Food & Beverage industry. Team leadership and mentoring abilities.
