About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Head of Large Segment Sales Team to lead our sales efforts in the Middle East region. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy that drives business growth and customer satisfaction.

Zain is a leading mobile telecommunications operator in the Middle East, with a strong presence in 7 countries and over 42 million active customers. We offer a comprehensive range of mobile voice and data services, including cutting-edge technology and innovative solutions.

Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute a sales strategy that aligns with business goals and objectives.
  2. Lead a team of account managers, providing guidance and support to ensure success.
  3. Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  4. Maintain strong relationships with key clients, driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:

A bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is required, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in sales leadership roles. Excellent communication and leadership skills are essential for this position, as well as a proven track record of success in driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
