About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Alghanim Industries. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and maintaining existing customer relationships, and driving sales growth across our logistics division.

This is an outstanding opportunity for a skilled sales professional to take their career to the next level. You will work closely with our operations and documentation teams to ensure seamless execution of customer contracts, while also providing excellent customer service and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the logistics division
  • Develop and maintain existing customer relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention
  • Drive sales growth through effective sales strategies and tactics
  • Work closely with operations and documentation teams to ensure seamless execution of customer contracts
  • Provide excellent customer service and support, resolving any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and performance metrics

Requirements:

  • University graduate with a degree in a relevant field (e.g., international trade, shipping, supply chain management)
  • Minimum 2-3 years' experience in sales and marketing, with a proven track record of success
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Computer literate, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines as needed
