Business Development Representative

Job Description
As a Sales Executive at Al Babtain Group, your responsibilities will include:
- Prospecting customers through different channels to generate business opportunities.
- Greeting customers in a professional manner and providing excellent hospitality.
- Qualifying customers through proper questioning methods to understand their needs.
- Demonstrating vehicle features and benefits in relation to customers' needs and interests.
- Offering test drives for every customer after product presentation.
- Maximizing every sales opportunity and building long-term business relationships with all customers.
- FOLLOWING up with all customers during their journey and post-delivery to create lifelong customers.
You should be well-experienced in technology and social media, maintain awareness of the automotive industry and the latest technology applied by competitors, and constantly improve and update knowledge of the product range. Problem-solving and delivering sales results within set time frames are essential, as well as ensuring the best level of customer satisfaction during the customer journey within the company.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- A strong understanding of the automotive industry.
- Sales and marketing skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Convincing and negotiation skills.
- Communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills.
Additionally, you should hold an Intermediate Institute or University degree, preferably in Business Administration or Marketing, and have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position or related to retail sales business.
