Job Description:

  • Support existing Starbucks Food Service Accounts to boost revenue, improve quality, and increase profitability.
  • Analyze customer needs and develop targeted solutions to expand sales and profits.
  • Regularly assess account performance and suggest enhancements to operating procedures.
  • Ensure consistency in product offerings and customer interactions across all accounts.
  • Work closely with Sales Managers to deliver comprehensive training programs for new and existing accounts.
  • Lead by example, adhering to high standards of professionalism, integrity, and ethics in all aspects of the role.

Requirements:

  • Degree-level education or equivalent professional qualifications (preferable).
  • Display unwavering passion for excellence and an unrelenting drive to succeed.
  • Consistently demonstrate ability to achieve business targets and goals through focused effort and commitment.
  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience in the coffee retail sector with a strong focus on customer service (desired).
  • Holding a valid Kuwaiti driver's license.
