Main Responsibilities:- Strategic Partnership Development: Foster strong relationships with retail partners, identifying opportunities for growth and collaborative success.
- Business Growth Planning: Develop and implement targeted plans to boost sales and order volume for retail partners, leveraging market research and data analysis to inform strategy.
- Operational Streamlining: Drive process improvements for retail partners, addressing logistical challenges and optimizing operations to maximize business growth.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze partner performance metrics, providing actionable recommendations to optimize business outcomes.
- New Partner Acquisition: Oversee the onboarding process for new retail partners, ensuring a smooth transition into the Deliveroo platform.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to design and execute promotional campaigns that drive sales and customer loyalty.
- Issue Resolution: Proactively address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by partners, upholding exceptional service standards.
