At Kuwait Automotive Imports, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling the company's switchboard, routing incoming and outgoing calls to the appropriate staff members, and ensuring prompt delivery of messages.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner
  • Take messages and ensure prompt delivery to concerned staff members
  • Receive and greet customers, directing them to the relevant sales staff
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist with administrative duties as requested by management
  • Perform other assigned tasks as directed by the Assistant Manager

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a related field
  • College graduate or High School Diploma
  • Must be an Arab nationality under the age of 35
  • Excellent English and Arabic communication skills (reading, writing, and speaking)
  • Pleasant personality, presentable, multi-tasking, and customer-oriented
