Office Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Business Support Professional to join our team at Dar Al Tasmeem Advertising And Publicity Co.
About the RoleAs a Business Support Professional, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our organization, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work well in a fast-paced environment.
You will be responsible for answering calls, taking messages, and handling correspondence on behalf of our organization.
Maintaining calendars and coordinating appointments, as well as preparing and comparing reports, will also be key responsibilities of this role.
You will be required to file documents, organize meetings, and prioritize activities to ensure that all tasks are completed on time.
Liaising with organizations and clients, coordinating mail campaigns, and logging bills or expenses will also be part of your duties.
Additionally, you will be responsible for front desk operations and greeting clients in a professional manner.
Requirements- Good communication skills (at least bilingual; English and Arabic). French-speaking candidates will be preferred.

Our company offers a competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience. This is a full-time position with benefits including health insurance, paid vacation time, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
