Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administration Officer to join our team at Alghanim Industries. As an Administration Officer, you will be responsible for managing daily administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, and maintaining filing systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Managing correspondence, including emails, letters, and reports.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date filing systems.
  • Preparing and presenting reports, presentations, and documents as required.
  • Providing administrative support to senior staff members.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will also assist in the coordination of events, logistics, and materials preparation. You will serve as the first point of contact for internal and external inquiries, providing exceptional customer service and communication skills.

Candidate Requirements:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational skills, with ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Prior SAP system knowledge and experience is a plus.
