About the Opportunity

Join our dynamic team in driving top-line growth and expanding our market presence. As a key contributor to the zone's and CBU's success, you will develop and implement sales strategies that maximize business results.

This challenging role requires strong organizational skills, ability to anticipate and plan ahead, and a change management mindset. You will work closely with distributors, customers, and internal stakeholders to achieve shared goals.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage distributors across allocated markets to drive business growth
  • Develop joint business plans with distributors, ensuring excellence in execution
  • Negotiate trade terms, including volume targets, rebates, and price changes
  • Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for growth
  • Leverage cultural differences and similarities to engage teams and drive collaboration

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on your experience and qualifications.

About You

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • 6-8 years of relevant experience in sales, distributor management, or key account management
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and presentation skills
  • Able to leverage multicultural differences and similarities
  • Financial skills and P&L responsibility

You should be result-oriented, flexible, and self-motivated, with a passion for driving business growth.
