Lead Generation and Sales Development Professional

Become part of our dynamic team as a Lead Generation and Sales Development Professional. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our sales force.
About the Job:
As a Lead Generation and Sales Development Professional, you will be responsible for developing and managing a portfolio of Key Accounts. Your primary objective will be to achieve monthly sales targets by identifying and developing new customers. You will also ensure high levels of customer satisfaction as well as upsell and cross-sell potential within existing customers to maximize share of wallet.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage a portfolio of Key Accounts to achieve monthly sales targets.
- Identify and develop new customers to drive business growth.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and relationship-building.
- Upsell and cross-sell potential within existing customers to maximize share of wallet.
- Monitor market trends and provide regular competitor feedback.
About You:
We are looking for an experienced sales professional with a strong track record of success in lead generation and sales development. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in outbound calls/leads generation in contact centers or other sales environments.
- Strong user-level computing skills.
- Native Spanish or Italian speaker with advanced English language skills and excellent oral and written communication skills.
- College or University Degree is an advantage (but not mandatory).
