We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team at The British School of Kuwait. As a Sales Executive, you will play a vital role in driving sales growth and exceeding targets by identifying new business opportunities and building strong relationships with existing customers.

About the Role

As a Sales Executive, your primary responsibility will be to identify opportunities and close sales targets based on leads provided through various channels such as telemarketing, text messages, social media, and 'walk-ins'. You will advise customers on suitable classes, coaches, and training locations for their children and maintain accurate records of customer interactions using our CRM database.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify new business opportunities and exceed sales targets
  • Build strong relationships with existing and new customers
  • Advise customers on suitable classes, coaches, and training locations
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using our CRM database
  • Liaise with administration and coaches on class and event availability
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Well-spoken and proficient in English and Arabic
  • Experience in a sales role, preferably in academies or gyms
  • Confident, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented
  • Familiarity with sports, arts, and recreational activities
