Trade Sales and Business Development Specialist

Your RoleIn this exciting role, you will be responsible for executing the local strategy and acting as support to the local sales teams. You will work closely with the Trade Sales Manager to develop action plans and forecasts/budgets for the trade segment.
- You will add, develop, and improve sales approaches with trade partners' sales staff.
- Add new valuable customers/trade partners to Hempel's Trade Board, expand the network, and cover more areas.
- Finding solutions and leads for trade partners to improve the trade business across the country.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring operational activities required for the selling process are in control.
- Responsible for fulfilling reactive customer needs on a daily basis.
- Coordinating with cross-functions every day to ensure there are no operational challenges in relation to Supply Chain (inventory/deliveries) and Finance (payments/credit limits)/marketing activities.
We offer a competitive salary of approximately $6,000 - $8,000 per month, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including:

To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's Degree.
- A minimum of 4 years' experience in a retail environment.
- Familiarity with Sales Systems, e.g., CRM.
