We are currently seeking a highly skilled Facility and Admin Coordinator to join our client's team in Kuwait.
Purpose:
This role involves coordinating documents, gathering data, and providing administrative support for assigned duties. The successful candidate will work with minimal supervision to complete tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Vendor Management: Establish a pool of compliant, cost-effective facilities vendors to meet branch needs.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure facility suppliers adhere to safety standards at workplaces.
- Technical Support: Collaborate with the centralised IT team to resolve technical infrastructure issues.
- Administrative Support: Provide research assistance, prepare reports, and address information requests.
- Data Collection: Gather, compile, and verify information for accurate data entry into documents and office systems.
- Report Generation: Complete data collection, data entry, and report generation on various departmental activities.
- Inquiries: Respond to or redirect routine to complex inquiries from external or internal sources.
- Vendor Payments: Prepare documentation for vendor payments and submit requests into the accounting system.
- Policies and Procedures: Document and maintain departmental policies and procedures.
- Teamwork: Participate in departmental projects and perform other administrative activities as needed.
Requirements:
- Experience: 1-2 years in similar roles such as Admin, PA, or Office Manager.
- Candidate Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field.
