Job Description

The Administrative Operations Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities, supporting senior management, and facilitating effective communication within the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Executive Support: Provide administrative support to senior management, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and correspondence drafting and review.
  • Operations Management: Oversee daily operational tasks, manage basic project management, and handle procurement processes to ensure efficient school operations.
  • Travel and Event Coordination: Arrange travel logistics, coordinate events, and ensure all details are addressed.
  • Communication and Digital Adaptation: Maintain effective communication with staff, parents, and external stakeholders, and adapt to digital transformation initiatives.
  • Multitasking and Pressure Management: Effectively balance multiple tasks, adapt to changing priorities, and work efficiently under pressure to meet deadlines.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years experience in an administrative or operations role.
  • Skills:
    • Bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic (both written and spoken).
    • Strong communication skills with experience in drafting professional correspondence.
    • Basic project management and procurement skills.
    • Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace) and adaptability to new digital tools and systems.
    • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Working Conditions
  • Full-time position with occasional after-hours availability for calls and emails.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
