We are seeking a highly skilled Office Manager to oversee the general operation of our office. This key role involves ensuring smooth daily operations, managing staff, and maintaining a productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee general office administration.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
- Supervise, mentor, and train office staff to ensure maximum productivity.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements.
- Purchase office supplies and equipment, maintaining proper stock levels.
- Produce reports, compose correspondence, and draft new contracts.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
- Five years of experience in office administration.
- Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office proficiency.
