We are seeking an Executive Assistant to join our team at Oryx. As an Executive Assistant, you will provide administrative support to top management and functional heads. You will assist with processing documentation and preparing reports related to personnel activities, such as attendance, overtime, absences, and staff programs. Additionally, you will coordinate and report on business trips and supervise managing company documents and archives through the Admin Assistant and Office Assistant.

This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will have prior relevant experience in office management and administration, a Bachelor's Degree, and certification in a relevant field.
