About the Job
The Administrative Support Officer will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient operation of our department. This position requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
Main Responsibilities:
- Prepare and distribute meeting materials, take minutes, and maintain accurate records.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, book appointments, and manage calendars.
- Develop and implement effective administrative processes to improve productivity.
- Provide exceptional client service to ACK students, responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared goals and objectives.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 1 year experience in office administration within a customer service environment is required.
- Excellent IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite, are essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are necessary.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Highly developed organizational and time management skills.
