Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team at Real Estate Construction. This role involves providing administrative support to the team, handling various tasks such as answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and preparing reports.

">Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone and in-person interactions
  • Manage and coordinate daily schedules, appointments, and events
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports, and correspondence
  • Support team members with administrative tasks and projects

The ideal candidate should have a high school degree, at least 2 years of experience in real estate, and proficiency in computer software and languages including English and Arabic.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • At least 2 years of experience in real estate administration
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

Bonus points if you have knowledge of computer-aided design (CAD) software and experience working with international clients.
