About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at HealthCare Dynamics Gen. Trading Company W.L.L.

As an Administrative Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our executives and colleagues by providing exceptional administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Communication and Correspondence: Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos, and forms in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Agenda Management: Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments with utmost efficiency.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems, both physical and digital, for contact information of internal and external partners.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Assist in the completion of regular reports and provide data analysis to support business decisions.
  • Supply Chain Management: Monitor office supplies and place orders as necessary to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements:
  • Education: A minimum high school diploma is required; professional certificates are an asset.
  • Experience: Proven work experience as a Secretary or Administrative Assistant is essential.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software is necessary.
  • Behavioral Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, high degree of multi-tasking and time management capability, and strong oral and written communication skills are essential.
