Responsibilities
  • Lead administrative teams to achieve efficiency and effectiveness across various departments.
  • Develop and implement administrative procedures to streamline tasks, improve productivity, and reduce costs.
  • Manage financial systems, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, applying accounting principles.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors, suppliers, and clients.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to ensure effective recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement strategies.
  • Provide strategic support to senior management, contributing to business growth and development.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations, upholding the highest standards of professionalism.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an office manager or similar role in a financial or consulting environment.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and office management software, utilizing technology to enhance productivity.
  • Basic accounting knowledge and familiarity with financial processes, applying numerical skills effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering strong relationships with colleagues and external partners.
  • Ability to work independently, handling confidential information with discretion and integrity.
