Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to support our team in a dynamic environment. This role involves performing general administrative tasks, preparing reports, and maintaining project files according to company policies.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage office equipment, including computers, printers, and reproduction machines.
  • Coordinate with departments and point of contacts to verify timesheet accuracy and prepare vacation schedules.
  • Update property inventory and process mail for various services.
  • Develop and implement efficient administrative procedures to support business operations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with employees and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Education / Certifications: High school diploma or equivalent, plus vocational training in administrative sciences. Associate degree preferred.

Experience: A minimum of four years of administrative experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Skills & Technology Used: Knowledge of administrative policies, office procedures, and techniques. Understanding of military and government contracting terminology. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
