We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator and Secretary to join our team at ZBOM managed by Deal GTC. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient day-to-day functioning of our showroom.

About the Position:

This exciting opportunity involves managing a diverse range of administrative tasks, from scheduling meetings and preparing reports to overseeing showroom operations and maintaining office databases. You will also be responsible for assisting with financial documents, communicating effectively in English and Arabic, and handling customer inquiries.

Responsibilities:
  1. Manage Daily Administrative Tasks Such as Scheduling, Reports, and Documents
  2. Oversee Showroom Operations and Maintain a High Level of Customer Satisfaction
  3. Prepare Reports and Documents for Management Review and Approval
  4. Assist with Financial Documents and Ensure Accuracy and Compliance
  5. Handle Customer Inquiries and Resolve Issues Promptly
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English, strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information. A minimum of 3 years of experience in office administration is required, along with strong knowledge of administrative principles and practices.
