ZBOM managed by Deal GTC is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Office Administrator and Secretary to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our showroom.
About the Job:This exciting opportunity involves managing a wide range of administrative tasks, from scheduling meetings and preparing reports to overseeing showroom operations and maintaining office databases. You will also be responsible for assisting with financial documents, communicating effectively in English and Arabic, and handling customer inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage Daily Administrative Tasks Including Scheduling, Reports, and Documents
- Oversee Showroom Operations and Ensure a High Level of Customer Service
- Prepare Reports and Documents for Management Review and Approval
- Assist with Financial Documents and Ensure Accuracy and Compliance
- Maintain Office Databases and Ensure Data Integrity and Confidentiality
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English, strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information. A minimum of 3 years of experience in office administration is required, along with strong knowledge of administrative principles and practices.
