About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Channel Sales Executive to lead our business in Bahrain, reporting directly to the Gulf Regional Leader. This is a dynamic role that requires strong leadership and commercial skills to drive growth and achieve ambitious targets.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement country and account-level strategies, value propositions, and go-to-market (GTM) plans to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
  • Identify new revenue and commercial opportunities, address potential blind spots, and ensure comprehensive Medtronic representation in the region.
  • Liaise with other enablers to drive EMEA RLM-wide strategies for Indirect Markets and serve as the primary contact for cross-functional projects and information exchange.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with distributors, monitor contract execution, and lead price strategy development in accordance with country price strategies per product category.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree and minimum 5 years of relevant sales experience.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with local regulations and market dynamics.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic fluency is an advantage.
  • Ability to travel 25%+ of the time.

Compensation and Benefits

Medtronic offers a competitive salary, flexible benefits package, and a wide range of resources designed to support employees at every career and life stage. The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
