Job Title: Secretary

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Secretary to join our team at Domo Ventures W.L.L. in Kuwait. As a Secretary, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the smooth and efficient functioning of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and Direct Phone Calls: Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Greet and Assist Visitors: Greet and assist visitors and clients in a friendly and welcoming manner.
  • Maintain Company Records: Maintain and update company records and databases accurately and efficiently.
  • Schedule Meetings: Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare Correspondence: Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports as needed.
  • Manage Mail and Packages: Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Monitor Office Supplies: Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary.
  • Handle Confidential Information: Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration or related field is a plus.
  • Experience: Proven experience as a secretary for 3 to 5 years or administrative assistant.
  • Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong organizational and time-management skills, proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software, ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment, discretion and confidentiality.
  • Language: Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
