We are looking for a highly organized and efficient Office Assistant to join our team at Work In USA. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for managing office supplies, organizing files and documents, and providing administrative support to the team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing office supplies and maintaining a clean and organized workspace
  • Organizing files and documents in a secure and accessible manner
  • Providing administrative support to the team, including answering phones, responding to emails, and handling correspondence
  • Assisting with special projects and events as needed

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office, and have strong attention to detail. This is a contract position with a salary of 1600$, perfect for English-speaking individuals looking for entry-level or freshers' jobs in Africa. No prior experience is required, but candidates with previous office or administrative experience will be preferred.
