Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources and Administrative Officer to join our team at Rentokil Initial. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the recruitment process, onboarding new employees, and maintaining accurate employee records. Additionally, they will provide administrative support to the HR Manager and assist with various tasks such as coordinating travel arrangements, managing the fleet, and sourcing vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

Participate in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, reviewing applications, and conducting interviews
Coordinate the onboarding program for new employees, including Rentokil Initial Orientation
Maintain accurate employee records, including electronic archiving and filing systems
Provide administrative support to the HR Manager, including scheduling appointments and organizing meetings
Assist with various tasks, such as coordinating travel arrangements, managing the fleet, and sourcing vendors

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
2+ years of experience in HR and administrative roles
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
