
B2B Collection Team Lead

Job Description:
This role involves managing a team of collectors responsible for collecting outstanding payments from business customers.
You will be expected to implement strategies to improve collections performance and ensure timely payment of invoices.
The Ideal Candidate:
We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a strong background in finance and customer service.
Candidates should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of collectors to achieve individual and team targets.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve collections performance.
- Monitor and report on collections performance using metrics such as DSO and bad debt ratios.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify areas for process improvement.
- Lead training sessions to ensure team members have the necessary skills to perform their roles effectively.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in collections or a related field.
- Proven track record of improving collections performance.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
