About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at American International University. This is a full-time position that will provide essential support for university events.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Event Logistics Management: Manage event-related logistics, including scheduling, contracts, invoices, and correspondence with stakeholders.
  • Communication Coordination: Coordinate communication with vendors, participants, VIP guests, and workshop facilitators regarding transportation, accommodation, and event-related details.
  • Document Management: Prepare and distribute meeting agendas and materials, take minutes during meetings, and follow up on action items.
  • Scheduling and Tracking: Assist in scheduling weekly status meetings and track progress of meeting outcomes.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with SharePoint or similar platforms for document management.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate in a dynamic environment.
What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
