About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Alghanim Industries. As an integral part of our office operations, this role will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our organization.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate various administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, and maintaining filing systems.
- Prepare and maintain reports, presentations, and documents as required, utilizing Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Coordinate meetings and events, including logistics and materials preparation, to ensure seamless execution.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external inquiries, providing exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Maintain and update office supplies inventory to ensure availability and cost-effectiveness.
- Support the administration of processing invoices and expenses sheets, exercising attention to detail and accuracy.
- Collaborate with HR and Social Media team members to improve event coordination and enhance efficiency.
- Collaborate with HR in onboarding top management personnel.
- Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Responsible for creating purchase orders within the SAP system.
- Book and arrange travel arrangements for the head of business.
- Maintain residency renewals, licenses, and other essential records.
- Perform additional administrative duties as assigned by the Vice President.
Requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Prior experience with SAP systems is a significant advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Estimated Salary Range:$45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
