We are seeking a skilled Administrative Coordinator to provide administrative support to Management and other secretarial duties at Alghanim Industries.

The primary purpose of this role is to ensure the smooth operation of our business operations, providing exceptional support to our team members and stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Typing and preparing all correspondence, including letters, memos, schedules, and agendas
  • Handling independent business correspondence for the division, both incoming and outgoing
  • Directing incoming telephone calls to the appropriate recipient and managing phone communications
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date data, organizing files, and ensuring a proper filing system
  • Organizing all business operations-related events, such as training sessions and team meetings
  • Coordinating travel arrangements and hotel reservations for business trips, as well as visa processing
  • Preparing employees' change of status forms and recruitment requests
  • Collaborating with the personnel office on residence-related matters
  • Coordinating tasks, projects, and staff across various locations in Kuwait
  • Managing the division's stationery requirements
  • Overseeing the division's time sheet and resolving various matters

Candidate Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills in English, as we interact with clients from diverse backgrounds
  • A solid understanding of Kuwait and its culture, essential for effective collaboration
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a similar industry
  • Proven planning and organizational skills, enabling you to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in computer software, particularly Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Internet)
  • Self-motivation, drive, initiative, and ability to work independently under tight deadlines
  • Capacity to multitask, handle demanding customers (internal and external), and liaise with various individuals across different departments and functions

Estimated Salary: KWD 800 - 1,200 per month, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
