Strategic Business Development Manager

At Al Jahdhami, we are seeking an experienced Strategic Business Development Manager to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to leverage your expertise in sales and account management to drive business growth and expand our customer base.
Job Summary:
The Strategic Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase sales revenue, improve market share, and enhance customer relationships. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the IT sector, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to collect, track, and analyze large amounts of data.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and improve market share
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and collaborations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Manage and motivate a team of account managers to achieve sales targets and goals
- Analyze sales data and market trends to inform business decisions
Requirements:
- 4-5 years of sales experience in the IT sector
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving market share
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
Estimated Salary Range: 150,000 - 200,000 AED per annum
