Strategic Channel Development Manager

We operate a unique business model: partnership with local distributors in over 110 countries through more than 150 partners. Our team of around 100 people is strategically based worldwide, making us one of the most culturally diverse Business Units in Danone with about 30 different nationalities located in over 20 countries.

Main Responsibilities- Manage distributors in allocated markets to drive topline and bottom-line growth.
- Build joint business plans with distributors and execute excellence.
- Work closely with distributors and customers to maximize business.
- Negotiate trade terms with partners, including volume targets, rebates, and price changes.
In this role, you'll develop business plans to grow sales through various channels, anticipate risks and opportunities, and ensure resources needed to execute plans. You'll also implement trade marketing strategies, close follow-ups with distributor performance, and provide monthly reports.
Professional ExperienceTypically requires 6-8 years of experience in sales, distributor management, key account management, or trade marketing within a multinational FMCG company. You should be result-oriented, organized, and have strong negotiation skills. Fluency in English is required, and other languages are welcome.
