About the Role

The Senior Sales Consultant is a crucial position at Timely Find, responsible for driving sales of software, mobile applications, and websites. This role involves both indoor and outdoor sales activities and is essential for revenue generation, fostering client relations, and delivering innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Formulate and execute sales strategies to surpass sales targets
• Prospect, secure new clients via proactive sales, cold calling, and networking
• Conduct product demonstrations to showcase software, mobile applications, and websites
• Adopt a consultative sales approach to comprehend client needs and offer appropriate solutions
• Negotiate contracts and close deals with potential clients
• Collaborate with the marketing team for creating and implementing impactful sales campaigns
• Maintain an updated CRM system with client interactions, leads, and sales opportunities
• Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote products and services
• Stay abreast of industry trends, market activities, and competitors' offerings
• Provide after-sales support, sustain client relationships, and explore upselling opportunities
• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates to the management
• Travel to client locations to present proposals, negotiate contracts, and build face-to-face rapport
• Collaborate with the product development team to supply customer feedback for product enhancements
• Work closely with the customer support team to ensure client satisfaction and retention
• Contribute to the production of sales collateral and promotional materials

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Demonstrated sales experience, preferably in software, mobile applications, or web solutions
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
• Outstanding negotiation and persuasion skills
